A portion of the net proceeds of the single ' Out of the Blue'
by Chicago native Julie Sparks, will go to the Northern Illinois Food Bank to aid in replenishing their diminishing
food supply for people in need.
In the works is a plan to go national, and allow every state to obtain funds,
